Shell and Core
The framework and envelope of the building is in place, but it is a shell that is ready for the actual fit out. Services such as mains water systems and mains electrical supplies will usually be in place, but things like suspended ceilings, flooring, wall coverings, partitions, and lighting and so on, will not be installed.
Category (A) includes…
Basic finishes to the floors, walls & ceilings, the space is finished but with no fixtures and fittings. Such as partitions, meeting rooms or individual offices. The space will be functional but will not include the final specifications included in CAT B fit out.
The best way to look explain this is a CAT A fitout is a blank canvas that you can build your office or business on, We offer this service for Landlords, looking to prepare a space for either sale or rental.
Category (B) includes…
A Category B fitout out is a finished office or workspace that as been designed and tailored to the exact requirements of the client, resulting in a space that is ready for occupancy. With our design team a Cat A fitout can be a spectacular workspace that delivers your business goals.
